About Extant

We Keep Legacy Aerospace Electronics in Service

Extant's strategic focus is supporting OEMs and their customers by licensing and acquiring non-core and legacy aerospace products, sustaining them in the marketplace with proactive obsolescence management and aftermarket support services.

Our Approach

Structured Solutions for Lasting Aftermarket Support

Our licensing and acquisition transactions provide a high-quality solution to the challenges that accompany continuing aftermarket support of these systems and components, enabling OEMs to focus their resources on current products and new research and development.

Extant's business model provides upfront cash for the purchase of related intellectual property, inventory, and assets, as well as an ongoing royalty income stream for licensed products manufactured and sold post-license and transition.
