TEAC Mission Data Recorders
The TEAC MDR80 is a solid-state Mission Data Recorder (MDR) and a plug-and-play upgrade to existing tape-based data recorders. It supports SD video and A/C data with a PATA interface and USB 2.0 connectivity.
The TEAC MDR80i is a newer model of the MDR80 and likewise a plug-and-play upgrade to tape-based recorders. It advances the MDR80 with an all-digital architecture, increased MTBF, HD resolution, solid-state memory via USB mass storage (128 GB+), a SATA interface, and USB 2.0/3.0 support.
The TEAC MDR87 is a solid-state Mission Data Recorder featuring plug-in application cards for flexible operational configurations. It is a form, fit, and function replacement for the TEAC V-83 series of AVTR® recorders, supports the TEAC V-83 serial I/O communication protocol, enables simultaneous record and playback, and records up to eight channels of video via user application cards.
